Council Member Koichi Serizawa

Age: 18 Grade 12
Koichi is Kazuma's older brother. Of course, he's the complete opposite of Kazuma: Koichi's the family's successful son. He's the secretary in the Student Council and is in many other organizations, the popular guy in school and the "good-looking" one, and brings his family a good name. Many other students believes he's a nice guy with a good personality, but Kazuma sees it as Koichi's minipulative charm to get everything he wants. Koichi is the very first person that Hekiru met when she transferred to Yasuomu, but seeing her made him head over heels for Hekiru. Problem is that she doesn't like him, but like every weird kid at Yasuomu High, he has a confusing attribute: he just has a problem understanding that Hekiru doesn't like him and getting that through his thick skull. Either that or he's just too cocky. Koichi & Kazuma aren't fond of each other, so whenever they meet in the hallway, Koichi tries to push Kazuma around, and Kazuma hides Hekiru away from Koichi.
His talent is charming his way to get what he wants and also still-life art.
